Ladies i need help

After my miscarriage in may i finally

got my proper period on the 24th July and came off 5th August, i decided i wanted to track my ovulation with OPK i had taken one on the 8th august and i had a peak strip test and a solid smiley face on the clearblue advanced digital, today i am 11DPO from the peak tests and i woke up from my nap and i had a little bit of blood on my knickers and when i wiped aswell ill post a picture of the tissue

and i have a little cramps that are on and off , with my last 2 pregnancies i never experienced implantation bleeding or anything
