Finally having a period
After month and month of not actually having a period I’m finally on I’ve been through so many tests to find out what’s wrong many negative pregnancy tests and many hospital appointments and drugs I’m on my period I got diagnosed with pcos a few months ago and I got given medication to kinda force my body to have a period and I stopped taking them two weeks ago when I should be a week but I’m finally bleeding I haven never been so happy to see it 🤣🤣 I have a hormonal imbalance so that’s why I don’t have them nobody in a family has this problem apart from me I was really depressed when I got told but I know there is many options and another option is I need to help myself with this by losing weight but by what the doctor told me when I was talking about my abusive relationship and I was eating my feelings when I wasn’t it was the opposite I was starving I was a good weight when I left what relationship a few months later I got into a a healthy relationship nearly 2 years other I have put weight on but I’m not eating much unless I go out for dinner which is never so the fact that weight gain is a symptom the fucking bitch thought I was eating in depression when it’s the opposite I get it when they assume this happened but anyway I need to lose weight but it’s harder with pcos and thought of any tips to get me started I’m still young but it’s anything to get my body to become normal I work long hours and don’t eat but still never lose a pound at all I changed my drinking diet to water and a tea in the morning and still nothing I eat healthy as my mother has a high cholesterol and she has cut butter cheese white bread red meat sweats chocolate and eat a small portion at dinner a small bowl of porridge at breakfast and toasted brown bread with hard boiled egg which is really healthy but still don’t understand why I’m the weigh I work out at work basically I’m lifting heavy items running around getting stuff done and I’m still the same weight any tips please x I’ll update what goes on
