Spotting at 11 weeks....

I know I’m probably a hypochondriac but it scares the crap outta me! I had light spotting at 6w5d & 7w0d! I’m 11w1d today and experienced it again this morning! I went to the ER & seen my lil jelly bean bouncing around on the ultrasound with a strong heart beat! Dr said spotting during the first trimester is common but I didn’t do this with my son (my only other pregnancy) so it scares me! Guess just reaching out for positive vibes & prayer & a little reassurance to see if anyone else has experienced this?😞
