Anxiety in the morning?
Every morning that I have work I wake up like 1-2 hours earlier then meant too and just have this terrible strong anxiety feeling. Especially in my stomach area usually I feel it more in my chest. It’s really bad and doesn’t go away until a few hours after I’m at work.. It’s really bad and slowly becoming impossible to handle..
Are there any natural ways to help myself in the mornings? I can’t get anything from my doctor as he is waiting for me to see my councellor before he prescribes me anything
