Lash extensions

So I had lash extensions for 5 months and they killed my natural lashes badly, now they are off and I put mascara on but my lashes look non existent but I feel so ugly without lashes and not confident so is there any tips to get lashes to grow back ? And become healthy

Edit: I honestly love all of you who are giving me advice 💗 I will try them all and see which one x
