Tips on weight loss? I am really trying to do Keto but it’s like I am completely lost on what I am doing and google isn’t helping. I am 150 and want to get down to my original weight I was before my baby, 130-135 by the end of October. I have been drinking a gallon of water everyday and eating stuff like, salad with grilled chicken, homemade guacamole and snacks such as string cheese, boiled eggs and Banana (not sure if these are good to eat or not) . I also have been going to the gym and getting on the treadmill for 40mins , 20mins speed walking and 20mins running/jogging everyday.
