How did you get your toddler to sleep in their own bed? My 15 month old absolutely will not sleep in his room. Ive tried putting him to sleep, then putting him in his own bed - he wakes up crying hysterically and has cried for 45 minutes (thats the longest ive let him cry) i left him in hopes he would wear himself out, but NO. Ive laid with him until he goes to sleep, he ALWAYS wakes up crying. I have asked our pediatrician and he says i need to try to push through the crying without comforting him. I have a hard time letting my son cry real tears without trying to comfort him. Advice, tips, thoughts?
