Had a fertility scan today trying to figure out what this is as I'm only on cd 25 or 3 w4d

And my test looks like this

Answer

The first picture is an image of your uterus. There doesn't appear to be any evidence of pregnancy at this point,  but that's to be expected at only 3 weeks.  The pregnancy tests look negative to me,  but it could just be too early. Best of luck!
