My baby girl sleeps during the day but at night she lays away and looks at my like this and wants to play...

I can not get her to stay away during the day but when she needs to be fed and changed. She is up every 2-3 hours at night and it’s exhausting 😫 how can I changed her schedule?? Or do I have to wait until she is a little older. She was breastfed first two weeks now she is straight formula but did the same on the breast so I know it’s not the milk.
