Husband was diagnosed with azoospermia, non obstructive. He had low T and elevated FSH, so instead of Clomid, was started on Arimidex. Has anyone been in a similar position, with success after a micro-TESE? It’s so so terrifying... difficult emotionally, especially since the day we saw his new urologist, my brother and SIL delivered their baby girl just across the street.

His new urologist wanted a biopsy first, which our other doc disagrees with. We will be seeing a different urologist in a couple weeks....I wish we could make this process move faster!!
