No yolk sac or baby seen @ 6 weeks...

So I'm preparing for the inevitable. I have a follow up ultrasound to confirm viability but not very hopeful at this point. Any thoughts, advice, prayers, ANYTHING is appreciated at this point...

Update: @Jolie who asked for an update... here's today's ultrasound pic... measuring at 7 weeks and heartbeat at 134bpm 🤗. You ladies were right... thank you so much!
