So my 2 month old is going on 5 days without pooping. He is exclusively breastfed. The longest hes ever gone is 24 hours and usually that results in a blowout. Im starting to get a little worried and his babysitter said hes been fussy and gassy today. His farts smell SO bad like poop 🤢

I did just stop giving him probiotics because I felt like they were making his poops worse and they made them smell and I'm wondering if I made things worse.

Google says breastfed babies can go up to 2 weeks but since hes fussy and his farts smell like poop I'm worried hes constipated. He used to poop after every feeding.

Does this seem like something I should call his ped about?
