I've been having contractions since 10 this morning and they went from about 6 minutes to 3 minutes apart but I've only experienced very light pain/pressure/cramping. I'm currently 36 weeks today and I had went in a little over a week ago to L&D and they gave me 2 shots to stop contractions that were 4 minutes apart. I got checked yesterday morning and my doctor told me I was 2 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I really dont want to go in just to be sent home again but I'm also not sure what to do. Any advice?

Obviously if it keeps up, water breaks, pain intensifies I'll go in but I'd like tips on what to do in the meanwhile. Ty!
