Halloween/ haunted houses/attractions?

Hey mamas! Halloween is around the corner and I was wondering if anyone has gone to a haunted theme park while pregnant? Obviously I would consult my doctor first, but from what I read online, the places either say “okay but not recommended” or simply “consult your doctor”. I’m not one to get scared or startled during these things, and Halloween is my absolute favorite time of the year. Just seeing what my options are for some spooky fun!🎃

I went, but I love that stuff. It doesn't scare me. I'm more impressed by the level of work and dedication that goes into these places than anything else. So I wasnt at all worried. 
Now, I wouldn't go to McKamey Manor while pregnant (I had hardly even watch the videos lol) but your run of the mill haunted house should be fine if you're not easily scared.

I work at a haunted house (not this year!) and we have TONS of pregnant women come through.

I went when pregnant with my girls and I was high risk. I was going stir crazy and had to go do something any thing lol. Every thing was fine and they’re we’re fine

I’ll be the odd one out and say I’m not sure I’d be okay with doing that. Especially if you’re farther along. There’s a reason why many haunted houses have warnings for pregnant women, and some places even make you sign a waiver if you’re pregnant or have a heart condition and still decide to walk through. The problem is, the spooking and jumping and excitement/stress can get your heart rate and blood pressure going, which can pose a risk for you and baby. There’s also risk of falling or tripping when it’s hectic and dark. It’s just not worth risking in my opinion.
