I went to the doctors for a reason unrelated to pregnancy...he did a urine test and told me I had a uti. I'm wondering if it's possible for the doctor to have know I was pregnant from the urine test...if I was pregnant at the time of the test I would be 3 weeks. Could a urine test indicate pregnancy at 3 weeks.

They would’ve had to do a pregnancy test separately from a UTI test. 
When was the first day of your last period. If your period isn’t late now then it’s early.

They don’t just do a pregnancy test. You would have had to have requested one.
