Need some advice for my situation!🙄🙄🙄

So I meet a guy at my old job I was his boss and he was my staff. We became pretty close over the past 5 months. Since we met we’ve been sexually active with each other. (SEX IS AMAZING) I’ve even grown close to his kids and we’ve decided that we are gonna move in together as roommates. The thing is he and I aren’t together we are just friends but he doesn’t want me to speak to anyone and he is also not speaking to anyone as I’ve been through his phone and he and I are together everyday. But he had stated in the beginning that he didn’t want to be in a relationship but we do things as if we are In a relationship we’ve even talked about eventually buying a house together. I’m just confused and need some advice. Cause it kinda feels like he and I are in a relationship but haven’t given each other the titles I just don’t know can some one help out please before we move into together or maybe I can cut things down and just keep the friendship idk.....
