Where exactly do you feel the contractions at?

Can someone take this image and mark where contractions are felt? 
First time mom and lost! Haven’t felt any Braxton-Hicks in pregnancy and I’m having mild cramps and hard area right above my pubic area .

Started out as light period cramps and slowly escalated. I didn’t notice the tightening as much as I thought, I’m a FTM too and it sounds stupid but I thought you felt contractions along your whole abdomen lol

It depends on what type of contractions your having! They can be felt in the front or they can be felt in your back
I always found back labour way more painful

I felt mine right there. I actually didn’t feel it in my back. And to me it felt like extremely painful period cramps plus tightening.

It’s gonna feel like a combination of Braxton Hicks & period cramps at the same time, it will likely be faint or at least bearable at first, and just slowly progress from there ... it’s not very helpful, but trust me, you’ll KNOW when you’re in labor

Mine started as a “period cramp” feeling and quickly escalated to worst period cramps ever feeling. I didn’t feel the tightness as much as waves of pain radiating from my groin/pelvis area around /above my hips towards my back.

It’s a tightening around your whole torso usually. Your lower back will KILL and your whole front where the uterus will be contracting. I also had horrible aches and burning in the sides of my thighs
