Overwhelmed and overthinking


This is my first pregnancy and before being pregnant I have always been the type to overthink everything. I tend to like to plan and prep things I’m not a last minute person. Having to carry a baby now I’m even more of a thinker on what needs to get done, I even took time off work because I’m always exhausted and I don’t get enough rest. I’m up early every morning and when I get home I have to cook dinner for hubby and I. Being home for a few days makes a difference I get to rest a bit more but then now I’m restless and feel like I should be keeping myself busy . I need ideas and stuff to do over the weekend to keep myself from feeling overwhelmed and depressed . Any opinions or ideas ?
