Is this our sign?

My husband and I are trying for baby #2. We had to go the fertility route for our first baby because I didn’t have a cycle. Four rounds of femara, one failed iui, and one chemical pregnancy but we do have our little miracle who is almost 2. The fertility route was a rough process for us and we didn’t want to go that route again. So I’ve been praying a lot and just noticed this on my scrubs this morning at work........ thinking this is God’s way of telling us our second miracle is coming soon?

Anyone else see a smiley face or did I just imagine it? Lol
