Anyone dealing with 3rd trimester insomnia?

I have the hardest time falling asleep, staying asleep and getting good sleep. I am absolutely miserable because it makes me so tired throughout the day and I don’t want to do anything. Any suggestions?

✋🏻✋🏻 right here mama! I can’t sleep anymore unless I find a very very comfy spot but either way is too much activity with my baby girl in the night time

I deal with this every day 😩 I’m sorry. I hope it gets easier.

I’ll do smaller meals during the day and a bigger dinner so I’m full before bed. Then after I eat we sit and relax as a family together for 1hr or so and catch up on our day. After that I like to take a hot bath. I first have to give my LO his bath but then I take one. It always wears me out and helps with back and leg pains. After the bath I use this lotion for pain relief and rub it on my ankles and legs to help with my restless legs. An take a melatonin gummy, and as I wait for that to kick in I read my LO to sleep and curl up with a heating pad under my hip, to help with the pains I get there during the night. 
Since I started doing this I’m able to sleep more during the night still have to get up to pee atleast 2x throughout the night but definitely not as tired in the day.
I do experience that mid afternoon crash still around 2ish and that’s just when I’ve made my sons nap time. I turn on his favorite movie and we watch it and snuggled til we both fall asleep. An around 3:30 my partner gets off of work so he wakes us when he gets home and by then we’ve had about a 45min nap of actual sleeping.
