Looks like eczema! Is it slightly dry to the touch? Does it itch?

Look up tinea versicolor. It could be that.

Could be ring worm or it could be what I get. I get a bacterial buildup in patches that look like this (similar to ring worm pattern) and it’s from lack of sun. My doctor prescribed me a steroid cream and also said that I could just lay in the sun for a bit and it would go away (which it did). I get this pretty much every year in the dark months usually but my brother also gets this and I know of a few others as well. Hope this helps!
