Is having sex every day when ttc okay? I’m nervous about sperm count... 😣

My dr told me every other day and not because of sperm count but because waiting allows the mans body to rest and release the sperm at a stronger rate.  This gets the sperm where they need to be without doing as much work.  That way when they get to the egg they are stronger and healthier for fertilization.
