What are your plans for your kids under 1.5yrs while you are in the hospital?

Please read: we will have a 15 month old when baby is born. It’s a scheduled C-section so I’m expecting to stay a night. Really hoping it’s not two. It’ll be scheduled for the morning so I’m trying to think of ways to make it comfortable for our son. Not to make the day awful for him lol. Longest I’ve left him with someone (usually my dad) is maybe 2 hours. If it’s scheduled in the morning one of my ideas is to have someone be at our apartment with him while surgery is happening, let us settle and then bring him over for the day. Then for the night I’m debating on whether his dad should bring him home and stay with him while my mom stays at the hospital with me over night. Or his dad can bring him home get him ready for bed, put him to bed so his routine is somewhat normal and then someone stays at our apartment over night while dad comes back to the hospital. This is kind of stressing me out since we are less than 3 months away, he’s not an easy baby to put to bed unless it’s for mommy so we need to work on that over the next couple of months. I really don’t want him to have to stay with family while we’re gone I’d like to keep his schedule some what normal. Thoughts please.
