So I probably didn’t discover something and you all probably already knew about this.. but for the ladies who did not, I took a pain pill this morning, right as I felt the smallest twinge of pain, then it hit. The excruciating pain hit me for about five minutes and then it was just suddenly gone.

In conclusion, my discovery is that if you take your pain pill right before the cramps start, they won’t be nearly as bad. Now keep in mind, I took a very strong pill for them because mine are VERY strong. But it should work with all pain pills.
