Serious question

I got a question , I wanna know if it’s true or not . Is it possible to be pregnant without having sex ? So y’all know earlier this week I asked a question about my weird smell thing . So I have been experiencing more symptoms. I have been experiencing having to vomit a lot but I dont vomit , having to pee a lot and extreme pain in my lower back and my stomach. My weird smells thing is still happening. But the thing is that this app says that my period is late , but I’m still taking my hormone pills in my birth control pack. I have been experiencing these symptoms since last Saturday. Answer me this can I possibly be pregnant? Should I take a pregnancy test just in case ?
