I think the blue one has cooling stuff in it too but I used both and didn't really notice a difference. Maybe spray a bit to test it out first before you go all out. It should be ok though.

This one stings, like really bad... I thought tucks pads lined along my pad helped way more than the spray (I had the red and the blue) because the spray only helps for like 10 min and tucks help way longer

I used this when the blue can ran out. My ob said it was safe to use. I had a second degree tear also
