Hands randomly falling asleep?

32w4d and the last week my hands/arms will randomly fall asleep at night when I’m sleeping. No matter what position I switch to, they always fall asleep and become numb at night, mainly my left hand/arm.
Has this happened to anyone else? I’ve never had this issue before.

Get a wrist brace from any store like Target, Walmart, CVS, etc. It's the extra swelling in your body giving you carpal tunnel. I get it every now and then. Sleeping with the brace helps a lot, but it doesn't go away completely until after birth.

Yes happens to me sometimes but it’s typically when I haven’t had enough water for the day.
