Is walking actually beneficial to staying in shape? If so, does it have to be fast, long walks?

I’m 31 weeks pregnant with my third baby. My body bounced back with my first two, but I’m worried about this time.

I started walking my road, but being pregnant & having two kids with me, I only walk about 15 minutes and its not super fast. Is that enough to make any difference at all? Advice? Tips? Help?
