Oversensitive?

Hello,

Maybe I'm just being hormonal and oversensitive but im trying to find a provider to see for prenatal care and everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been pretty rude to me. They seem cold and insensitive and sometimes downright rude. I don't think it's just me because my fiance heard one of the conversations on speaker phone and agreed that the woman was being a jerk. Is anyone else experiencing this?
