Cervix behind baby? Normal??

Question

Okay so I went to the OB to get my cervix checked to see if I am dilated or effaced and she went down there and said she couldn’t check it because my cervix was behind her head. I’m beyond disappointed because i was looking forward to this appt all week. Had anyone had this!?

I was in labor and was told this and got sent home and I had to labor at home for a whole night and the morning I went in to get my cervix ripen and I was 2cm dilated .

I'm dilated to a 3 60% effaced baby is stationed-1 and my cervix is super posterior. 
I have to sit on my fists so my dr can reach it.

Your cervix is too high yet so you’re probably not dilating yet.  That’s not unusual and doesn’t really mean anything in terms of when you’ll go into labor.

Hes not engaged probably meaning that his head isnt in position. He might be head down but his head isnt in position for delivery yet.
