Bv Symptoms

Can BV cause a very bad stomach ache? Like period pains (not AF just got off almost 2wks ago)alot of cm to? I know it can have a..😩 smell. Used some new products with hubs from pure Romance a friend sold me cause she said the products shouldn't cause me to have BV/yeast with these products cause only thing I can use is pressed. But these products were editable(I mean..come on! There EATABLE lol who wouldn't want that fun)for hubs pleasure. I noticed 4 days later these symptoms. I made an appointment with my obgyn had to wait nearly a week to be seen it was supposed to be today but they called yesterday to reschedule cause the doctor is out for an emergency for a few days.So I called my family doctor and can get in the morning. I have never been able to use stuff like KY jelly anything with perfumes. But "this was different she said, Try it she said, I won't regret it she said"....🙄....(arms crossed)my vagina hates her right now.

Btw she's my BFF lol so no worries. But yea..my stomach hurts badly 😖
