Acupuncture during IVF?

I am gearing up for my first cycle and my doctor recommended accupuncture. I do suffer from anxiety and have tried it in the past for stress and just after our chemical pregnancy. I’d love to hear if anyone has any feedback on going to accupuncture during

- do you think there is any added benefit to going? Thank you!

I did acupuncture during my 3 IUI’s. I didn’t really enjoy it, nor did any of the IUI’s work. I stopped doing it when we moved onto IVF; IVF worked first go ✌🏽 good luck 🍀

I have never had acupuncture before. I chose not to do it during my transfer cycle and ended up with a successful pregnancy.

I was planning to do it leading up to my FET, but then my acupuncturist ended up being on maternity leave at that time (go figure). My FET was still successful without it.

I have been going because my insurance covers it. It is definitely relaxing, so for that it is helpful. Not sure I believe in it actually helping fertility but it certainly doesn’t hurt :)
