Things are falling into place🎉

So for those of you that follow me or read about my daughter Teagan’s seizure and brain lesion, I want to let you know that she is still doing great!!! Our summer continued to be amazing and helped us get past what she went through in June. She goes for another MRI this Monday. We are hoping there are no changes and we will continue to maintain the seizures with medication and she will grow and live a normal life.

After all of this, I finally passed a state test I needed in order to be a special education teacher. As of last night, I am officially employed as a middle school life skills teacher at a local district. This couldn’t have happened at a better time. I was fortunate to be the building substitute at this school last year, so I went in with them knowing everything going on and them telling me absolutely anything I need to let them know.

I’ve spent the last week trying to get prepared for next week. There are still some items on my list I’d love to have in my room, but I just can’t afford to purchase anything else right now since I took so much time off of work this summer to be with my daughter. I thought I’d post my wishlist on here that way if anyone wanted to donate anything to my kiddos education they could.
