I’ve been trying to reestablish intimacy and a normal sex life with my husband again, but sex is still painful 15 weeks postpartum. Anyone else have this experience? I didn’t get stitches, just had an abrasion at birth. Even though everything seems to have healed fine, the initial penetration always hurts! It’s turning me off from sex and I know (even though he’s very patient) my husband is getting frustrated with our lack luster sex life.

Any advice?
