Hcg stopped going down after miscarriage

Hoping someone on here has experienced something similar...I’m now 12 weeks after taking misoprostol, had a ipass procedure to suction retained materials 2 weeks ago. Last week my level was 16 and yesterday I was 17...doctor isn’t really giving me an explanation which makes me super anxious. I just have to wait to test again next week but I’m driving myself crazy. I need answers and I need this to be over already. Anyone yo through something like this??
