Going on a cruise???

Has anyone gone on a cruise while pregnant? I swear there was a form that I am suppose to fill out prior to the cruise. I will be within the 24week guide line and seeing my doctor prior as well. Does anyone else have additional info?

Only thing I can think of is depending on where you’re going be aware of where the Zika Virus is. Bring lots of sunscreen and bug spray. Maybe speak to your doctor, I’m sure they can help.

We were going to do this (had a cruise scheduled a week before I found out I was pregnant that ended up having to be canceled because the final day was my due date). That cruise line required a note from the Dr to show that you were less than the 24th week. My Dr wasn’t concerned about Zika as much as the norovirus, since we would have been on the boat most of the time.

Double check any restrictions with the cruise line. I think I remember hearing that Disney Cruises don't let you on past 23-24 weeks?

I just did this! It was way better than I expected. Bring some anti-nausea medication just in case, but you’ll probably be fine (my dr said diclegis might help but also that it was fine to take Dramamine). Follow all the ship instructions RE hand washing and stuff, and you should be a-ok. It wasn’t the most fun vacation, but it was relaxing, even though I was 15 weeks pregnant. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Oh, and I brought a letter from my OB but nobody ever asked for it.
