Getting no support

I had to tell my sister I was pregnant cause she is the only person I know could give me a ride to a clinic so my SO can watch our kids but she doesn't want me to do it. I can't go through with being pregnant again. I'm not mentally or emotionally ready to handle another child.

I'm afraid she won't take me and I don't want to have to order pills off-line. What should I do?
