OPK Help!

So I'm fairly certain I ovulated on the 13th (CD 13). I took an opk and I'm 99% it was positive (sorry don't have a pic). Since then the other day (CD 19) I have one little spot of pink in my cm and that was it. Today, CD 23, I have milky white, thick discharge. For whatever reason I decided to take an opk (maybe because I'm a poas addict) and it came out positive.

My past two pregnancies I've definitely ovulated late both times which I could tell based on their due date estimated by the Dr so the original opk on the 13th was a surprise.

Could I really be ovulating this late or is there another explanation to the positive opk?
