Is there a way for me to log an embryo transfer on here? Do I need to go to the pregnancy app even though I'm not technically "pregnant" yet??

You can on fertility friend, which is a better tracking app

Glow removed all their IVF features a year or two ago. I also use FF for IVF tracking.
