Cleaning routine? Streatching ears

What’s your cleaning routine. I’m at 14G I just started doing it today. I got out of the shower and massaged my ears with Jobajoba oil and used tapers. I’m waiting at least 6 weeks before I even try to go up a size. I ears don’t hurt or anything and I’ve been keeping my hands away from them

When I had gauges I just took them out in the shower and cleaned the jewelry and my ears with soap. If I felt fancy I would lotion my ear lobes lol

Also make sure you moisturize everytime you wash before putting the stretcher back in. This will reduce the risk of tearing and will speed up healing time

I'm at 14mm - I clean my ears every 2-4 days with soap and clean my plugs/tapers with sanitizer. Do not leave tapers in for too long. After every stretch leave the tapers in for 24-48 hours then change to a plug. Do not get flared edge ones until you ear has been stretched to the new size for at least 3 weeks
