Side effects?

4 days after my girl’s two month shots, and while she was fine the day after (just a bit fussy) today, she’s pooping every. time. she eats. its not runny, and she doesn’t fill her diaper everytime, but she definitely pushes whatever is in her out each time, even if its just a little bit, she’s still pooping everytime. She’s not straining, its not dry or dehydrated, and its normal yellow and green colors, just a little “seedy” at times if anything. Is this a normal reaction to the shots? Should I be worried about something else since its been a few days and there were no initial reactions until this today? First time mama with no clue what’s going on with my girl, please help 😣
