Bv in pregnancy, advice please

I had bv early in pregnancy and it was treated with antibiotics around 10 weeks I think. I don’t know if it went away but i think it did? They never retested me. I’m 21 weeks now and worried it came back and not sure for how long. (No pain or itchiness but I’ve noticed a smell) I never knew I had it the first time because I’ve never had it before. Now with all my searching online I’m freaking out about it. It’s Saturday currently so I can’t call until Monday and I’m so worried about more time passing. 😫 I always end up figuring/discovering issues on weekends😫 I’m nervous to wait until Monday
