Help! Need advice !

Okay so I will start with I got a positive pregnancy test July 14. I believe my last cycle was somewhere around the first week of June. A couple days after I got my positive I started spotting with some cramping so I went to the er and they said I did have an hcg level of 2499 but the did ultrasound and couldn’t see anything yet but they said it could be to early so I followed up with my doctor and they ran the same test and it showed my levels were increasing but still no baby on ultrasound so fast forwarded a couple weeks later and boom there was baby I could see it’s heartbeat flickering on the screen but we couldnt hear it yet. So they said to come back in 2 weeks to make sure baby was growing. That was 2 days ago and unfortunately they could not see baby anymore and she says I’m going to miscarry. I haven’t had any cramping or bleeding. My boobs feel heavy and sore and I’m still having positive pregnancy test. So my question is should I get a second opinion from another doctor and has anyone else every had this happen? Please I feel like I’m losing mind! This has been torture
