How much did your babies weigh at 25 weeks?

My baby is almost 2 lbs at 25 weeks and I’m kind of terrified because that seems pretty big for only 25 weeks. How much did your babies weigh around this time???

Don’t worry about it. Those aren’t real weights... there is no way to weigh a baby in utero. They are just rough approximations based on head circumference, stomach girth, and femur length. They can be up to two lbs off in either direction. They said my daughter was going to be over 9 lbs and she was born on her due date at 7lb5oz, which is almost exactly average. She just has a big head and long legs. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If your doctor isn’t concerned, you have no reason to be
