39+5 plzhelp !! blood spot and bad pressure+cramps
I’v been feeling bad cramps and contractions with pressure from yesterday, today I had a spot of blood on my underwear after a hot shower.
The pain or contractions are not getting closer but I cannot sleep because of them they get stronger at night!!
I don’t know what I’m going through, is it normal ? And when I’m going into labour?
