Is upskirting sexual abuse?

It may sound like a pretty obvious question to you, but i’ve been wondering for a while what others think. Upskirting is the act of taking a photograph up a skirt without the persons consent. about 6 months ago, this happened to me by a boy that i was very close with in school. he was my ex boyfriend who had previously been very bad to me in the way of sharing nudes around the school and hitting me, etc. he took a photograph up my skirt in the middle of a lesson, and since i’ve struggled quite a lot with the emotions of all of that. just wanted to know everyone’s opinion, thanks xx
