Healing Or Infected

so i got my belly piercing on monday i haven’t had any crusties but i woke up thursday morning and it was bleeding i thought nothing of it and cleaned it with the medical grade spray they gave me for piercing now i have a scab should i be concerned or is it just taking its time to heal

there’s no smell no pus no discharge just that scab it’s just a little bit itchy sometimes

should i be concerned or what can i do to fix it? healing or infection?
