Should I Take a test?

Hello! So the App said I was supper to ovulate on August 16, but I decided to take a ovulation test earlier on the 6th (Marked on Pic), and It came out to be a positive LH surge ! So the 16th was inaccurate . Anyways, I know ovulation happens 12-34 hours after a positive ovulation test ... so I honestly don’t know when I actually ovulated.. My husband and I baby danced on the day I got a positive test , and 3 days after that. I’m not sure when I’m supposed to get my period since I ovulated earlier than planned on the glow app. It’s almost the end of the month and I wanted to ask if I should take a pregnancy test? I haven’t gotten my period yet and I hope I don’t . I feel cramping on and off these past couple of days ... Why do you guys think?
