“Why don’t you just get a C-Section?”

Question

Anyone else SO SICK of hearing this!? I have it coming from all angles (except my doctor thankfully)
People act like I’m ridiculous for wanting to give birth through the BIRTH CANAL even after I preach about the benefits of avoiding a c section if possible 
Not saying anything is wrong with getting a c section I just personally would like to avoid one
I could be angry from the hormones but I COULD FREAKING SCREAM

I had to have a c section with my little girl almost two years ago reason being is because she was breech I was gutted as I felt like o had missed out on the natural labour I had wished for currently just over 32 weeks pregnant and hoping for a natural birth this time xx

I had a c section and I hated that it had to come to that the recovery is horrible but it saved my baby’s and i’s lives after 32 hours of labouring, I feel like I missed out on his first hours of life.
I can say that I definitely would not recommend a c section
If it’s something someone chooses thens up to them

I went in for induction at 40+3 and after 15 hours of no progress and babys heartrate getting really high then really low we went with a csection. It just felt right to me, my son came out not breathing and had to be bagged beside me while I'm strapped down like jesus to the cross on the operating table. I'm pregnant with #2 and I'm scheduling a 2nd csection but its because I know what to expect, it's less stressful for me this time, but the first time it was traumatic! It's scary and people sometimes see it as the east way out which is why they make those comments. You do what makes YOU and only you comfortable, and baby of course. You owe no explanation for wanting to have your baby the natural way!

I agree! Mostly because C-Sections are so hard on your body in comparison to vaginal birth. I don’t think I’ve heard of anyone really opting for a c-section willingly. But unfortunately some circumstances people have to but if you don’t have to push to avoid it. The only way I will get a C-Section is if the baby goes into distress.
