Questions about process

Hi ladies, my name is kelsey and I'm 29. My husband and I have suffered 3 consecutive losses. The last one being about a month ago , my baby girl was born at 21 weeks.

We both are healthy , I have good eggs, he has good sperm...

the problem? My uterus. I COULD try again but my dr said it would most likely turn out the same way. So we don't want to take that risk.

Surrogacy has been a topic but nothing has been decided because it hasn't been that long since losing our daughter. Nothing would happen till next year.

My question is, for the IVF process because neither of us have an issue and my sister being the surrogate doesn't either , what's the process like money and time with no meds to take? All the extras that are apart of the process.
